From May 14-18 econ industries was represented at the IFAT in Munich, the world’s leading trade fair for water, sewage, waste and raw materials management.
At our booth 251 in Hall A4 many new interested parties had the opportunity to gain information about our pioneering solutions for the treatment of industrial hazardous waste and contaminated soil. The visitors, especially from Asia, the Arab states and Europe, were particularly impressed by the efficiency and flexibility of our so-called VacuDry® technology. The VacuDry® process separates harmful substances under heat and vacuum in a fully enclosed system. Thus, it enables the recovery of valuable resources from the waste.
At the same time, our existing clients had the possibility to discuss current and prospective projects with our technical experts.
Every year our existing VacuDry® plants recover more than 100.000 t of different special wastes worldwide. Our method is accepted as state of the art by approval authorities and environmental organisations all over the world. With our passion we constantly ensure that recycling of special wastes improves not only the environmental performance but offers also economic benefits.
Highlight of this year’s IFAT was our anniversary. We look back proudly on 15 years of global market leadership in industrial and hazardous waste treatment plant design and manufacturing. This would not have been possible without our committed and highly qualified employees, strategic partners and valuable clients all over the world. Thank you very much for your confidence in our capabilities.
The IFAT 2018 also set new records: More than 141,000 expert visitors from more than 160 countries came to Munich. In total, 3,305 exhibitors from 58 countries presented their products and innovations, 7% more than in 2016.
