Aktivkohle kann in vielen verschiedenen Bereichen zum Einsatz kommen, z.B. in der Landwirtschaft, im Bergbau, im Umweltschutz oder in der verarbeitenden Industrie.<\/p>\n

Durch die hochkomplexe, unebene Struktur und die kohlenstoffhaltigen Eigenschaften verf\u00fcgt Aktivkohle \u00fcber eine enorme Oberfl\u00e4che mit einer Unzahl von feinen Poren, die eine hervorragende Adsorptionsf\u00e4higkeit aufweisen. Diese werden als Trennungsverfahren zur Reinigung und Filterung von verschiedenen Industrieprozessen genutzt.<\/p>\n

Die Qualit\u00e4t variiert dabei in Abh\u00e4ngigkeit des Ausgangsmaterials und des Aktivierungsniveaus, was sich direkt auf die Poren innerhalb der Gitterstruktur auswirkt. Die unterschiedlichen Qualit\u00e4ten von Aktivkohle geben Auskunft \u00fcber ihre Adsorptionsf\u00e4higkeiten. Dies hat eine gro\u00dfe Nachfrage f\u00fcr das Recycling und die Wiederverwertung von Aktivkohle hervorgebracht. Die M\u00f6glichkeit Schadstoffe in den feinen Poren von gebrauchter Aktivkohle zu entfernen und auf diese Weise zu regenerieren, gibt diesem wichtigen Rohstoff ein zweites Leben.<\/p>\n

Unsere VacuDry\u00ae-Technologie<\/a> ist f\u00fcr diesen Zweck hervorragend geeignet. Unter Vakuum k\u00f6nnen die Schadstoffe vorsichtig und sicher entfernt werden. Das reduziert nicht nur erheblich die anfallenden Mengen an M\u00fcll, die deponiert werden m\u00fcssen, sondern regeneriert gleichzeitig die Aktivkohle zur Wiederverwendung. So k\u00f6nnen Quecksilber, fl\u00fcchtige organische Verbindungen (VOC) und jegliche andere organische Substanzen behandelt werden.
